SALES ASSISTANT – FULL TIME - ZURICH - W/M

We are looking for a full-time Sales Assistant ( 42h /week), passionate about fashion, to join our team in Globus Glattzentrum - Wallisellen (Zürich) . As a brand ambassador, you embody The Kooples' universe and image with our customers, providing high-quality service and a quality shopping experience. Your main responsibilities will include: Customer Relationship & Sales • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through impeccable service, • Build loyalty and grow the customer database, • Have a thorough knowledge of the product offer (features, benefits) to recommend a selection tailored to each customer, • Use the digital tools provided to deliver a smooth, personalised shopping experience and contribute to the store's performance, • Actively contribute to achieving the store's turnover and KPI targets. In Store • Maintain the store in excellent condition and uphold visual merchandising standards as recommended, • Ensure the store is properly restocked, • Handle deliveries, shipments and stock organisation, • Take part in end-of-season returns and stocktakes, • Carry out and follow cash and card payment procedures, • Open and close the store in accordance with internal procedures, • Report any discrepancies or issues to the management team, • Comply with all internal policies, including uniform and grooming guidelines.
