We are hiring our next Social Media Specialist, based in Le Locle to join the International Digital Marketing team at Tissot Headquarters ! Job description As Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s social media accounts and develop the visibility and desirability of the brand by implementing the social media organic content strategy. • Lead the day-to-day management and development of the company’s organic social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging platforms. • Develop and maintain the global social media calendar in line with brand priorities, campaigns, partners and product launches. • Work closely with marketing teams (Content, PR, Sponsoring) to define content needs and identify the most relevant assets and formats for social media. • Drive the creation of dedicated social-first content with internal teams, agencies and external partners. • Maximize the organic visibility of sports partnerships, ambassadors and key events through dedicated social media content and activations. • Monitor and analyze social media performance and proactively identify opportunities for growth and engagement. • Support influencer and creator initiatives, from profile identification to content coordination and amplification. • Support and guide local markets in highlighting key local events on social media, in line with the global brand strategy. • Collaborate with Customer Care to monitor comments, direct messages and community feedback. • Monitor social media trends, platform developments and emerging formats to identify new opportunities. • Analyze social media account performances with proactive suggestions and improvements. • Support digital marketing projects and initiatives. Profile • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Media or a related field. • First significant professional experience in social media or digital marketing is required, preferably within the luxury, lifestyle or consumer goods industry. Professional requirements • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt content and tone of voice to different platforms and audiences. • Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, with hands-on experience managing social media accounts and content. • Creative mindset with a strong interest in content, storytelling and social media trends. • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital platforms and tools. • Strong analytical, organizational, planning and time-management skills. • Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently while being a strong team player. • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the curiosity and initiative to identify new opportunities and continuously improve social media activities. Languages Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
